I lead technology — as a technical program manager coordinating delivery, an architect setting platform direction, and, when needed, the frontend engineer who ships the interface. A decade hands-on, from first-principles engineering to enterprise architecture, means I lead from credibility: I know what I'm asking teams to build because I've built it.
At AMD, I set the architectural vision and governance for agentic AI across business units, led engineering teams through the full delivery lifecycle, and drove the transformation that cut benchmark automation from a month to under four days. Across nearly seven years at FINEOS, I led cross-functional teams owning AI/ML platforms, personalization, and enterprise portals end to end.
My edge is translation — turning technical vision into stakeholder language and business constraints into clear direction for the people doing the work. Strategy, mentoring, and governance are how I multiply a team; the engineering depth is how I earn its trust.
